These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Lede Labs ("Lede Labs", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services you ("you", "the Client") agree to these Terms.
Lede Labs provides done-for-you LinkedIn thought-leadership ghostwriting on a monthly subscription basis. Depending on the plan you choose, this includes a set number of written posts per month created in your voice, delivery in a content calendar, optional scheduling, and periodic performance summaries. Specific deliverables are described on our website at the time of purchase.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US Dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for each transaction. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Once a post has been paid for and delivered, you own the rights to that content and may use it freely. We may reference anonymised or aggregated examples of our work for portfolio purposes only with your prior permission. You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us.
We do not create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline to produce content that conflicts with these principles and will work with you to find an appropriate alternative.
We bring craft and judgement to your content, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular level of engagement, followers, leads, or business results. Social platform reach depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
